Friendly and efficient service from the same person: Scott is the best!
My service provider, Scott called about 45 minutes before my appt time to let me know when he would arrive and he was right on time. Very friendly with a positive attitude. He discussed what he was going to do to ensure my expectations were met. He did the job thoroughly and in a timely manner. Very please with his service. When initially booking this service they provided me a window of time that the service provider could arrive which was between 8 am to 10 am. I was more than please when he called to let me know instead of leaving be hanging. I highly recommend Scott.

Andres was professional and took the time to answer of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the products, services and techniques. He didn't waste any time and did a thorough job. I've used Zerorez more than once and I will still continue to use Zerorez as long as their services and professionalism continues to be top notch.

The website was easy to access and understand. I talked with a person to make the appointment and she was delightful. I received a "first time user" 30% discount which was lovely! Andreas phoned to say he was on his way and would be at the house at 8:20 a.m. and he was. Andreas was very knowledgable and professional. Our 25 year old carpets look great! The cleaning was done by 9:45 a.m. and the carpets were dry enough to put furniture back about 4:45 p.m. even though it was a cool, cloudy day.
Professional and solid service, answered all my questions and a reasonable price for the quality of work done, techniction was finished during the time he said he would be.
