I had my carpets and one piece of furniture cleaned by Zerorez. I think the carpet and stairs turned out very nice. When they cleaned the couch it was drenched and during the cleaning process water was everywhere. Even on the side table. I had to run and get numerous towels.I think the tech should have used a tarp or a piece of plastic under the furniture. If I had hard wood floors it could have really damaged them. I have laminate so I was able to clean it up. Also where the equipment comes in the house a tarp should be covering the flooring to protect from drips!

I would use Zerorez again but will oversee next time before cleaning starts! Maybe additional training is needed.

We were happy with the ability of the worker to remove `4 months worth of dirt and stain. He understood the issues and very rapidly got the work done. We were particularly pleased with how little residual water remained in the carpet when your man was done with his job. We are eager that the next time you come out here to clear, someone with equal skills comes to do the job.
