I like that the people I have dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The genttleman who did the cleaning was on time, professional and made helpful suggestions. I like the products because they work. This time my carpet was embarrasinly dirty due to the fact that they were scheduled to be cleaned and before the date of cleaning Covid "lockdown" happened so it had been about 18 mos. since the last cleaning. I am amazed at how good the carpets look after the cleaning,

I sent an e-mail nearly an hour ago detailing our experience. Eduardo did fine, but the couch has streaking and smears in the corner of a couple of pillows. So, yes, I will recommend others, but not for couch cleaning.

He put me at ease immediately, & told me he would be able to get out ALL the black parking lot grease stains, cat 🐈 vomit stains, & even the cat hair that was embedded IN the carpet, OUT! I always use Zerorez for carpet cleaning as they do the best job in walk areas etc. I used them for the first time also in tile and grout cleaning in a large master bathroom. 4 hours later I went in to see how the tiles were drying and their were 3 large puddles of water that had too be wiped up as they would never have dried even with the fans on. As I have recommended Zerorez to three of my neighbors, I am concerned that this should be called to your attention. The technician was training someone so not sure if it was an overlook.
