Client Testimonials

Zerorez is excellent! From the ease and flexibility in making the appointment, to the on time, pleasant, respectful, efficient technician, to the incredible cleaning job --- stains even the tech didn't think would come out came out, to the very reasonable price -- I am delighted. It is so wonderful to have a nontoxic, yet excellent carpet cleaning. No bad smell, and dried in less the time they said it would. What more can I say? I have used the company before and will again.

I had my carpets cleaned by Scott yesterday. He called when he was on the way to let me know he would arrive shortly. He spot treated some puppy accidents and cleaned the carpets and was done in about an hour and a half. My carpets look brand new again! I will definitely use your service again and will recommend your company .

First used your company several years ago after a segment on KGO....liked your water process cleaning. 2 years ago I wanted my money back after your technician spent all of 20 minutes in my house. This time was a significant improvement! Guess from what I heard the original company owner bought company back and cleaned house. No pun intended.

Steve was very courteous and friendly. He listened to the concerns I had about the carpet and was super helpful. We appreciate the work that he did and would welcome him back.
