All those that have come to clean our carpets do a very good job. I have been satisfied with their work and if I have needed a recheck it was taken care of. Thank you.
I'm pleased to give feedback for the service you provided. The job was done very professionally and in good time. I would like to give a "shout out" to SCOTT who worked very efficiently and with care while being helpful, polite and friendly as he had a schedule to maintain. He is definitely an asset to your company. Zerorez is a great product. No odors, only a bright clean rug. I'm always price conscious and am sure that I always get more than my moneys worth out of your service. And without question I am recommending Zerorez to my grown family and friends. Thanx again! Andres was professional and took the time to answer of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the products, services and techniques. He didn't waste any time and did a thorough job. I've used Zerorez more than once and I will still continue to use Zerorez as long as their services and professionalism continues to be top notch.
They were on time and did what was expected very well.
The website was easy to access and understand. I talked with a person to make the appointment and she was delightful. I received a "first time user" 30% discount which was lovely! Andreas phoned to say he was on his way and would be at the house at 8:20 a.m. and he was. Andreas was very knowledgable and professional. Our 25 year old carpets look great! The cleaning was done by 9:45 a.m. and the carpets were dry enough to put furniture back about 4:45 p.m. even though it was a cool, cloudy day.
Timely and friendly service

In the past have tried other carpet cleaning services.
Since I tried Zerorez several years ago, will not use any one else.
This last service, the gentleman could not have been better.
Pointed out areas that required extra help due to prior wearing and caution when drying.
