I have not had any other company do my carpet for years, not since I discovered Zerorez. I will continue to use Zerorez to have my one only carpeted room. In fact, I have referred several of my neighbors to Zerorez. I have had my tile floor in kitchen done as well by Zerorez. I have never had any complaints about any of the work their employees have done. This time, yesterday, we had to have their pet odor service added on - we have a new puppy. So far so good.

Your technician did a wonderful job. (I'm sorry. I'm drawing a blank on his name right now.) There was only one area he couldn't get clean, but he explained it before he left...a small area near an exit door that gets used a lot.

The appointment I made was for Saturday, the earliest appointment I could get. Your company called with a Friday opening, which was even better! The service person was thorough, polite and asked pertinent questions as to soil on the carpet to be cleaned. Afterwards the carpet was extremely clean, smelled great & dried very fast! SO sorry we'd used Stanley Steamer in the past on one carpet as they over soaked ruining the subtle acanthus design and in another room had to spend additional money to have the carpet re-stretched!
Zerorez actually saved us money! We were on the fence about replacing the stair carpet. It is 15 years old, but very high quality. To replace it today would cost $100 a sq yard! Not wanting to spend that kind of money we took a chance that cleaning would save it! Thank you for saving us!!!
