I have used Zerorez for my carpet cleaning ever since I moved into my condo 16 years ago. Every service provider has been professional and efficient. I like that chemicals are not used on my carpet. I had a mark on my carpet that I didn't believe could be removed. Ed didn't either but said he would give it his best. After the carpet was dried I went to look for it and it was gone! This time I had the tile in my kitchen, and two bathrooms cleaned and sealed and am very pleased with the job done there too!!

Point phone person Cheyenne who made the appointment for Us, was very service oriented, kind and accommodating, and the Service Technician who did our carpet cleaning was professional, personable and did an excellent and thorough cleaning of our carpets. We have 3 small grand baby's and it is always reassuring to know when our carpets get cleaned, they are done so well.
