Number one, Ed who did our cleaning, did a fabulous job! Our carpets look wonderful! When we have you come again, we are hoping we can have Ed do it also!
Keep up the great job!

Good service, carpets look like new.
Very professional servicemen.
did a great job.
Great, fast and courteous 🙂only one thing, we just got new couches, asked him to put blocks under each leg, they did except for the one couch closest to the fireplace, hope wooden block legs will be ok if they got wet...other than that, carpet looks great as always when I use Zerorez 👍🥳
I like the fact that you do not use soap and I like the machine that beats in the cleaning solution - it makes all the difference in greating a cleaner result.
Zerorez techs Isiah and Don did a great job on my carpets that hadn’t been cleaned since before the pandemic shut down in March 2020. The carpets came out beautiful and even the stubborn stains were gone! Thank you Zerorez!
Service was great.
They did a great job cleaning the carpets, even the accent rug my mother made us.
They cleaned so well we could not find the dents were the furniture was before. The carpets looked new to us.
Thanks again for a great job.
Isaiah and Ryan were very efficient and my carpet has never looked better. I am thinking it might also be because of the added procedure of using a brush machine which was not used previously. I hope they clean the brushes by rinsing with water after customers so that accumulation of dirt is not carried from one customer to the other.
Thank you

I love the services provided by Zerorez. There is no chemical smell after service and they cleaned my bathroom tile which looks brand new. Their technicians are very professional and timely. Highly recommend.
On time, professional and thorough
The reason that we started using your services was that we love that you use non toxic cleaning methods. The reason that we come back is great service and results.
Great job. Worked hard.
The technician that arrived was very good. He was efficient and did a very good job. I will use your services again.
We have used Zerorez many times to clean our carpets and they always do an excellent job. They call ahead, arrive on time, and do a thorough cleaning. Thank you to their professional staff!
Technician was outstanding
Ryan did a great job explaining my services, how they would be conducted, and how what was needed. He was very personable, kind, and patient with all my questions. Keep this guy around! We always wanted our rug cleaned through the pick-up method where it is completely cleaned, but this wasn't originally an option when we attempted to book, or when we called the service line before the appointment. Ryan helped set us up with this cleaning when he arrived and took our rug so we didn't need to schedule a pickup.
Cleaned everything very well. You are very good at what you do. Highly recondmended
Quality cleaning that makes a visible difference
I have used the services of Zerorez many times now. The last visit on Fri., Oct. 1st was one of the best. Scott, the technician, was very, very good and shampooed our rugs with diligence. One of the bedrooms needed a lot of help and he put special attention to the detail it required. Thank you Scott, I was so happy when I returned home from work to see this spotless carpet; I know it was a difficult job.
Professional and solid service, answered all my questions and a reasonable price for the quality of work done, techniction was finished during the time he said he would be.
Always on time.
Friendly and efficient service from the same person: Scott is the best!
My service provider, Scott called about 45 minutes before my appt time to let me know when he would arrive and he was right on time. Very friendly with a positive attitude. He discussed what he was going to do to ensure my expectations were met. He did the job thoroughly and in a timely manner. Very please with his service. When initially booking this service they provided me a window of time that the service provider could arrive which was between 8 am to 10 am. I was more than please when he called to let me know instead of leaving be hanging. I highly recommend Scott.
