I have not used your products at this time as Larry just cleaned my sofa. You are very fortunate, as I am, to have such courteous employees working for your company. My sofa is like brand new. I was so afraid it Larry and his partner would not be able to get the dog smell out of the material. Hurrah for you and me. I have already told my friends about your company.

Zerorez does an excellent job of cleaning. They eliminated pet stains I feared were there forever. Service men were friendly, efficient and on time. The area rug they took away to clean looks terrific! We will definitely call on them again!

ZeroRez was able to eliminate pet stains that we spent year's trying to remove. Larry, our technician was fantastic! He took great care in cleaning our rugs and explained the process in a fascinating way.

I was able to make an appointment within 1 day, the employees called ahead of time to give their eta, the employees arrived on time, the cost estimate was clearly stated, they cleaned my very dirty carpet expertly and they only took 1 hour to do the job. I've had Zerorez carpet cleaning services before. They are always good but this was the best!!

The technicians were very professional, helpful and courteous. The actual cleaning made the carpet and couch look and smell fresh/clean. I would highly recommend Zerorez, I believe it is the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used (and I've tried several different kinds of carpet cleaning services).

What we were the most impressed with was the service tech Brandon who came to our home. He was very through and knowledgeable of the services and the outcome that we could expect. We highly recommend Brandon for a training position with new tech's that come to Zerorez
