We scheduled this work from Beijing, China and had a relative be our point of contact. Starting from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, additional phone calls to answer questions, pre-arrival phone call, through your on-site contact upon arrival, pricing verification, everybody did an outstanding job. You were immensely understanding about calling us in Beijing when there was a question.
