The carpets look wonderful! The technician was knowledgeable and courteous and did a great job. There was one spot that appeared after the carpet dried but he promptly came back and recleanned the area so it is gone now.

The technician was pleasant and very efficient. We did a walkthrough when he got to our house then he got right to work. It didn't seem to take that long and the carpets look great. There was one area in the master bedroom where we used to have a large plant that looked great right after the cleaning. In fact, I was surprised he got it so clean but as the carpet dried a ring of brown materialized. Is there anything we can do about that? Otherwise the rest of the house looks really good. We even had him add the carpet protectant to help with future spots.
