First of all I must say the gentlemen that came out were very professional and knowledgeable of your services. I had another company come out to clean my carpets because it was such a great deal but it turned out to be a nightmare and left me carpets worse then they ever were. I explained my situation to your tech and he was pretty confident that his service would take care of my problem and IT DID!!! They were quick and thorough and I am so happy with how my carpets look, feel and smell. Thank you so much Zerorez and will never go anywhere else to have this service done.

Brandon (Tech) did a fantastic job explaining what was going to happen and also did a great job of managing my expectations. I also am looking forward to how long the carpet stays clean based on the fact there is no soap residue left in the carpet to collect dirt! I will definitely use Zerorez in the future!
