Being able to clean our carpets without using soaps and chemicals, yet still getting the carpets looking wonderful! Also, service is great, from those on the phone to those who came out to clean and stretch our carpets.
The service techs were on time, friendly and courteous. Above all they went right to work and made my 19 year old carpet look like new again. What a facelift for the entire house! I especially like the filtered water system they use, it makes the carpet feel fluffy and soft......like new Again. Other companies make the carpet feel hard and crackly. Plus the water is thoroughly sucked out of the carpet so it dried very quickly!
We are so impressed with how clean our carpet is. We tried other products and was never happy with how they cleanedd our carpet. Right now, our carpet looks new. If rom a range from 1-10, I will give it a ten. Good Job!
