The men who cleaned our carpets and furniture were very good at explaining their procedure and the products they were nusing. They were also friendly and respectful of my husband and me.
However I do have a complaint that I feel should be addressed and it has nothing to do with these men. When I made the appointment for the cleaning and told the representative what I wanted cleaned, I was not told about square footage limitations and I am not happy that I was double charged for the rooms that were cleaned.I can see paying extra for a larger room but then that should be stated in the add for $119.00. I feel I have a refund coming my way.
