I appreciated the call to confirm the time the night before and especially the morning call to narrow down the time. Very respectful of my time-thank you. Also the two yourng men who came to clean were courteous, fast, and efficient. The carpet looked great afterwards.

the gentlemen, Brandon and Canyon Brysan, were very helpful, courteous and they did a really nice job!!! The carpet is much cleaner than 3 years ago. Also very nice that they had a huge fan to start drying the area where we are the most.

3 years ago we had the carpets cleaned and we were then happy with the result, but the young guys were pushy and did not do a job any near to what the above men did.

What do you like about our products and services?

Courteous and friendly service. Technicians showed up on time and did a through job of extracting dirt from carpet. Carpets looked good after cleaning. Opted for scotch guard treatment to hopefully keep carpet a little cleanrr before next cleaning. Will use Zerorex again in one year. Should have been doing annual carpet cleaning all along. Starting s new process. Feels good to walk barefoot on clean carpets.

No harmful chemical used, love that idea. Martin did a good job in getting the carpet stain out. Wish I get the notice of July special of 20% off any additional service before my appointment.

Polite approach of both the serviceman who came to my home and the person who answered my questions on the phone and scheduled my appt.

The workers who do the job are prompt, courteous, professional, thorough, and careful of furniture and surrounding flooring. This is the second time I've used Zerorez, and the carpet feels WONDERFUL after it's done. Can't vompare with any other carpet-cleaners I've used. I'll never use any cleaners but Zerorez again!

What do you like about our products and services?

I recommend ZeroRez all the time. I like that you use water to clean the carpets instead of shampoo. The carpets stay cleaner longer. The technicians have been great. This time they forgot to do a room, but came back the next day and took care of it. The apologized profusely for the mistake. It was fine. We all make mistakes. I could have noticed before Chris left, but I was busy and didn't. Whatever...the carpets look good.

My technician Markus was great. Beyond his professional yet easy going attitude he was very knowledgeable about carpet stains, fibers and cleaning solutions. I was shocked by his knowledge and asked how he know so much and with pride he shared about the education he's been given by Zerorez. I like your service and love that you invest in your employees. Zerorez is my go-to for household deep cleaning needs.
