Your service started days before you team showed up. It started with the confirmation call to make sure the time was still convenient for me. The team called when they were about 5 minutes away to let me know they would be at the house shortly. They came in, handed me a business card and introduced themselves to me. I showed them the 2 rooms and we chatted about the spots and it if would be extra. You price was all inclusive with no hidden fees! I was amazed at how quickly they finished the carpets and even more amazed at how clean they were. I remember asking them if they could get the "wet dog" smell out of the carpet and they did! The spots were gone and the carpet looked almost new. I would certainly use Zerorez again!
