Carpets clean up so well and look like new. Spots disappear and the whole house looks better. The spray applied after the cleaning does wonders and lets me pick up any spots immediately. They blot up and disappear.

the flooring came out great, but most importantly, our tech, Richard is just a hard working, and very good guy. It was VERY important to him that we are completely satisfied with the result. That is rare quality these days, and he is my go to guy in the future. This was his second time in my home. I will request him each time.

The fact that the franchise owner dropped everything on Friday of a holiday weekend to come over and re-stretch the carpet before cleaning. This is a rental, got to get it rented again--Zerorez came through and kept things moving along.

I thought the guys were great, did a good, thorough job, and played through some of our more challenging spots (boys' room)as well as I'd expect. The true proof in the pudding, however, will be how well the cleaning holds up. I've always been disappointed by how quickly carpets look bad post-cleaning, and since that should be the differentiator with Zerorez, ask me again in 6 months.

Our carpets look and feel wonderful! This is our third service appointment w/ Zeroez, we're 100% satisfied w/ the results. The short drying time is definitely a plus; Our technician Loreto was friendly, timely, efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable. He explained the present condition of our carpets due to the use of an over-the-counter stain remover, he used lifts and plastic markers for furniture legs etc. More so, he provided us w/ a great stain remover product for future spots, it works like a charm! I had heard good things from friends who had used your services which was the reason I had called for an appointment, but to actually see the process and the results of a 'clean' carpet was beyond expectations.

WOW! I can't say enough about the service and the professional manner by which your employee, Loreto Eros, handled the job. I had 3 rooms cleaned; the family room, dining room and the smaller bedroom. My mom's carpet had not been cleaned for at least 8 years or more and the heavy tracking parts of the carpet were black and embedded with stain. Loreto prepped the carpet before cleaning and to see the carpet after he had completed the cleaning was amazing. Even he commented on how nice the carpets looked; like brand new. Thank you, Loreto!
