You were on time, cordial, and did a really good job on our carpets. I think there should be an option to pay extra for them to move heavier furniture as we are elderly. Also, there should be shields put on the feet of any furniture that is on the wet rug.

Liked that the serviceman called ahead to narrow down the waiting time window.

Especially liked the professional manner with which he arrived, analyzed the job and went to extra efforts to get out spots and stains and protect with a scotch type spray. And although did offer upsale services, did not push for things I didn't need or want, like others.
