I saw the commerical on TV & every thing they said made sense so I wanted to try it. I do believe my carpets have never been cleaner. The 2 men who did the work were excellent.

Happy with the service. My only complaints are: 1) I was given a 10am-12 window (which I didn't read until later REALLY meant 10-2 - you need to get that fixed), but the technician didn't show up until about 3:00; 2) when booking online there was nowhere to put in the code for 30% off, so it was never taken off of the price I saw while online; so, I had to call to find out what was going on. I was told the 30% was taken off; 3) your prices have really risen in the 18 months since I had my last cleaning; as a result, I will definitely be doing it less often than I have in the past or will be doing fewer rooms.

The person who came to my home on Monday, June 15th, did a nice job cleaning the carpets. I had a stain in the bedroom, and he removed it. He was friendly and got the job done.

First of all the product doesn't smell bad. It has a nice clean scent to it that doesn't linger. They did an excellent job cleaning my carpets! I would definitely recommend them!

Technician was very professional

They were on sale. Due to the additional cost, I have never had my tile cleaned, only the carpet. It came out great. The man who came to my house worked hard and was very pleasant. I recommended him to our neighbor.
