Your service people are very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. We like the fact that your process doesn’t leave any residue on our carpets, and they really look great!
We have used your services now for the past 5-6 years. This last cleaning was by far our best. Your service agent E (he says he uses this instead of his name which is very hard to pronounce), was professional, hard working and very nice! A pleasure to have in our house. Carpets are beautiful. I hope to get “E” the next time we need cleaning!

Service was very good, however, had a hard time with the person (megan) I made the appointment with. She kept overcharging me and telling me I had a 30 percent discount which she was not crediting me. I think she added rather than subtracting the discount.
Great employees are always gracious and courteous. Rug cleaning lasts a long time, spots do not return. Always have that "fresh" feeling when finished.
