Client Testimonials
clean and quick. the stains we were worried about are GONE!
Very professional. He showed up on time. Did a fantastic good job. All stains got removed. Was done very quickly. Carpet dried very fast same day. He protected all door jams from his hoses with these big rubberized guards.
Was a positive experience all around.
Great job! Technician was excellent.
The rep is professional to easy to communicate with to schedule desired time. The technician arrived on time and provided the service that exactly we requested for. Highly recommended.
Allen of ZeroRez of San Jose used orange oil to did clean the entire house until the carpet looked brand new: 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, upstairs hallway and stairs. He also shampooed 2 light beige chairs which looked immaculate after he was finished.
When I was in a fairly new Las Vegas home, I also hired ZeroRez and the technician did an amazing job, especially cleaning a brown carpet never cleaned in several years. I realize it was actually medium tan.
There was a white ottoman with black footprint stains, but he was able to clean it until it was snow white. I'm allergic to most chemicals, but not the products from ZeroRez which makes the entire house smell like an orange juice factory.
The man (I don't know his name) worked really hard to clean 5+ years of dirt/grime out of my carpet. He did an excellent job and the old worn out carpet in my apartment looks so much better. Thank you!
The people that come out to do the work are very professional and careful with the surrounding
where they are working. They also answer all the questions directly.
We have used your company for about 3 years and are very happy with your services.

No soap left behind!
However, the cost is higher than I have paid in the past to other carpet cleaners. If the non-residue keeps the carpet cleaner longer, it will be worth it!
With Zerorez, the carpets get clean and no residue is left on the carpet afterwards. Staff arrive on time, work efficiently and both technicians and office support staff are professional and courteous. I’ve tried several local carpet cleaning companies, and Zerorez is the best!
