We had our tile and grout cleaned and there was a residue left behind and some areas that weren’t properly cleaned. I called and spoke to the Manager Jason and he was extremely professional and had one of the lead cleaners, Scott come out and fix the issue. Jason was patient and professional through the entire process and Scott was fantastic! He not only fixed the issue but he checked in with us along the way to ensure we were satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend this company. They went above and beyond for our inconvenience. They know how to treat their customers and have top notch customer service! Great job Zerorez for having Jason and Scott on your team! The service technician was amazingly professional and communicated very well throughout the whole process. There was a disconnect on the quote, but he called the office and got it taken care of! He did a great job and my parents are extremely happy with his work. He was even earlier than the proposed time frame.

Getting an estimate is easy, scheduling is also easy and confirmed via email, techs show up on time with working equipment. They are professional, focused and flexible. My two experiences with some difficult carpets in large rooms has been very good. There are other areas of the campus we will be introducing you to as my budget permits. The two men who performed my cleaning service were great. They let me know when they would be arriving. They were polite. One was very concerned about my cat getting out, which was so thoughtful (she didn't). Everything looked wonderful when they finished and there was absolutely no smell. I'm very pleased.

Personal attention to my concerns, and almost full explanation. Did not know there was a protectant extra change after the serviceman came over and told me before the job. The quote was a requote from a prior carpet cleaning which did not have any mention of a protectant.
Secondly I have 36 outdoor sunumbella drapes in our arbor and unfortunately you do not do that work.

When you have occasional specials send them but do not put me on a mailing list.
