It was a pleasure to make the appointment. The scheduler was efficient and friendly. She gave me all the information that I needed for my appointment. The technician called to tell me when he would arrive (and that was on time). He explained the process to me and had me check on his progress periodically. It was a satisfactory experience and I plan to continue using Zerorez for my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

I did this in a text twice but I will do it again on-line. The service guy was wonderful. He was very respectful and asked me if I had any questions. He phoned me before he got here to give me a better idea of where he was in the time window. He did a good job in a timely manner and I am very happy with his work. I often refer folks to zerorez.

This company conducts outstanding service. Not only are they knowledgeable and share this knowledge with their customers, each time I have received service from them... it is done with quality and thoroughness. I have never been completely satisfied like I am with this company. I have used other companies before, but this company supersedes them by far. One of my children suffers from allergies and when chemicals are used, it feels like it gets flared up, but when I have my carpet cleaned from ZEROEZ, the flareups do not happen.
During this time of COVID-19, the employee was very conscientious about safety. My technician came in wearing his mask, his gloves, was very observant in maintaining social distancing. He was also very polite while being sensitive to these matters.
