I am always happy with how clean the carpet looks. I like the products used to clean which do not leave strong odors.
However, My recommendation would be to let the customers know that you do not move beds. I wish that this information would have been communicated when I made the appointment. I would’ve moved the bed so that it would have been cleaned. Also, it’s helpful if the technician communicates whether or not they will clean underneath or behind couches. The customer shouldn’t have to be asking or wondering what specifically will be done. Perhaps a walk through communicating what will be done would be helpful.

I have always had friendly people come in and clean my tile and carpets. This year, something particularly odd happened in that several neighbors complained to the technician (Raphael may have been his name) about the sound emanating from the van. They were particularly rude and even threatened to call the police. (They sound like terrible people.) He handled them with aplomb and eventually resolved the issue well. I am pleased that the outcome went well and that we didn't hear back from them, and I am hopeful that he will not have to encounter such people again.
Your service people are excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Your service man that cleaned our carpet last Saturday was especially good. He said to call him E. Because his name was hard to pronounce
We will definitely use Zerorez again.

The technician that came out was so polite and thorough. The results are better than any other steam cleaner we have ever used on our wool carpet. We clean our carpet about 2 times per year.

We had some very difficult stains, and Aberto told me he would do his best, oner was coffee. He did a great job. All of our room's carpets look so much better.

Ed was great and I'd use him again! He was very thorough and did a great job setting up and doing everything methodically. I'm happy with the results.
My only negative feedback is on the online" quote" tool. My service ended up being $200 more than quoted because I had (apparently) not accurately calculated the tile surface area (I don't recall being able to enter sqft for that service online...) and no one called to confirm room size, etc. so the fact that the end Last name removed was so far off the quote was a bit irritating, but that did not have to do with the great result, just the quote to real Last name removed confusion.
