Admittedly, the previous experience was less than positive --and I said never again! Its been about 9 years--but had a very good experience with Zerorez this time. I went with a sale price (3 rooms for $xx) but had determined that I really needed to have three short flights of stairs (and the hallway) done. The carpeting in this 3 floor townhouse really needs to be replaced, but I knew that having it cleaned would make a nice difference - and it did. Zerorez let me adjust my work order (to accommodate more stairs --even though I removed one of the rooms --went from 4 to 3), but we're very kind and let me keep my original discounts. Both Lysa in the office and the service tech, Scott, were great. Yes, I'd recommend them again.

Justin and Rafael were outstanding in every way. Professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very accommodating in moving furniture around, and making sure stains were thoroughly removed. All in just two hours. I am thrilled with the results. All cat stains are gone! The nap looks like it did when new. My 13-year-old carpeting looks nearly brand-new!

Timely! They were all great! From Shyann, (dispatch) to Justice, and Rafael, the techs who came... our situation is imidiate, and they responded. I called about 10am, and Shyann made it happen. The guys were here before noon... a major blessing to us who have been given an ultimatum for eviction... Justice, and Rafael didn’t even blink, they took a look and dug in and helped us move stuff, and got the floors cleared for cleaning... And we paid half the price we were quoted on the phone... GOD bless Zerorez...

No chemicals, clean smell,...
There is no fragrance after the carpet is cleaned and carpet does not have an excess of water when they are done. Our carpet was installed in 1993 and has some wear. I am so surprised after they clean the carpet because they can get it so clean. We do have fading but as for the dirt it is gone.
