Service was very good, however, had a hard time with the person (megan) I made the appointment with. She kept overcharging me and telling me I had a 30 percent discount which she was not crediting me. I think she added rather than subtracting the discount.

Great employees are always gracious and courteous. Rug cleaning lasts a long time, spots do not return. Always have that "fresh" feeling when finished.

Really like the non-chemical use in your product and the clean smell after the carpet is cleaned.

Please instruct your technicians that they need to provide the booties as well as the protectors for under the legs of couches and tables. We had to ask for the booties and no furniture leg protectors were on the truck.

There are professional and very friendly. Young man who cleaned our carpets it on time, and very nice. I would recommend this friend to all my friends.

I am always happy with how clean the carpet looks. I like the products used to clean which do not leave strong odors.
However, My recommendation would be to let the customers know that you do not move beds. I wish that this information would have been communicated when I made the appointment. I would’ve moved the bed so that it would have been cleaned. Also, it’s helpful if the technician communicates whether or not they will clean underneath or behind couches. The customer shouldn’t have to be asking or wondering what specifically will be done. Perhaps a walk through communicating what will be done would be helpful.

I have always had friendly people come in and clean my tile and carpets. This year, something particularly odd happened in that several neighbors complained to the technician (Raphael may have been his name) about the sound emanating from the van. They were particularly rude and even threatened to call the police. (They sound like terrible people.) He handled them with aplomb and eventually resolved the issue well. I am pleased that the outcome went well and that we didn't hear back from them, and I am hopeful that he will not have to encounter such people again.

Your service people are excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Your service man that cleaned our carpet last Saturday was especially good. He said to call him E. Because his name was hard to pronounce
