Our carpets, are very old and should be replaced in a few years. Zerorez removed some very tough spots and cleaned heavily trafficked areas easily. My wife was amazed at how good they looked after cleaning. The technician was very professional and courteous. Called us several times a day to let us know when he was going to arrive. I have not had any other company do my carpet for years, not since I discovered Zerorez. I will continue to use Zerorez to have my one only carpeted room. In fact, I have referred several of my neighbors to Zerorez. I have had my tile floor in kitchen done as well by Zerorez. I have never had any complaints about any of the work their employees have done. This time, yesterday, we had to have their pet odor service added on - we have a new puppy. So far so good.
