My carpets turned out fantastic.
However, this time, it's taken 3 days for my carpets to dry (and our house has been hot as don't have have AC and we've had fans running for air circulation. In the past (with Zerorez) it only took 24 hrs for them to completely dry. I think the equipment wasn't sucking the water out as it usually does.
The drying difference has been hugely different and I know because we get our carpets cleaned a ton and have cleaned them ourselves, too.

I had a carpet that was dead. My technician Ian said he did not have much hope for it but he would try since I kind of insisted. So Ian worked his magic and brought it back to life. Besides being very personable he is a great technician and he’s a miracle worker. Thanks to him I don’t need to go out and purchase a new carpet as soon as possible. I highly recommend Zerorez and especially my tech Ian.
