Zerorez got crazy bad stains out of my carpet--deep blood stains, poop, and urine from my sick dog. Now I can feel good about my house again and not be worried about getting sick from the ick. In addition, my carpets had turned dark brown because of my dog walking and playing on them. Now they are light tan again.

Person was on time and quickly did a great job. He explained the areas that might not come clean due to the pet stain bleaching the carpet, offered pet stain protection for the future and wore booties over the carpet.

Technicians were very prompt, hard working, polite and thorough.

I have used Zerorez for many years and always had good service. However, on Tuesday 3/10/20 I had Lyrics as my technician. He provided me with exceptional service. He was thorough, polite, and friendly. I could not have asked for a better technician. You are lucky to have him as an employee and I was lucky to have him as a technician.

No soap used in the cleaning process.

Firstly, our tech, Eduardo was hard working, professional and very friendly. He did a great job thoroughly cleaning our carpet. As we watched him clean, we were amazed by how clean the carpet became as the wand would pass the floor! The cleaning EXCEEDED my expectations. I really thought our carpet was "done", but after using Zerorez, we know that life has been extended. And best of all....NO RESIDUE afterwards!
