Technician was very thorough and very knowledgable about the service. Very professional and was on time for the appointment. I highly recommend.
The carpet cleaning is top quality with a clean that lasts.
I like the fact that there are no harsh chemicals and no soap residue left behind.
The tech was on time and very professional. The work was as good or better than expected, as the carpeting that was to be cleaned is more than eight years old (basement). We will use Zerorez again, and have told a number of our friends about the experience. Two thumbs up!
