A day or so later I noticed a couple of dark streaks in a heavy traffic area & called customer service who were just as nice. The tech came back, took care of it....No problem. The product is wonderful. I love the fact that the carpet is sanitized! Also we had a lot of pet stains (I sometimes pet sit) and they all came up, and the smell is gone! Thank you Zerorez for such a great service.
PS the only slight criticism -- the people who answer the phone need to be a bit more friendly...
Because there is no soap used our carpets stay cleaner longer. Technicians are always polite and efficient.
