I called on Saturday morning with an emergency. My daughter's friend had spilled red wine in her roommate's bedroom. You were completely booked for the day, but after hearing how desperate I was, you made room for us in your schedule. The tech even arrived an hour before our time slot, which was great since we were trying to keep the stain moist. The tech was friendly and even though it wasn't certain that a red wine stain would come out, it did!!! We are so grateful to Zerorez for coming to our rescue. I cannot sing your praises enough. Even though we have used Chem Dry for 17 years, I am now switching to Zerorez for our home.

REMOVED STAINS THAT WERE YEARS OLD.COURTEOUS,CAPABLE AND PROFESSIONAL PERSONELL.WAS INTERESTED IN THE SAVINGS I RECEIVED AND TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE ME AWARE OF SPECIALS.

it was quick and not messy

They arrived in the time-frame originally quoted and worked constantly for an hour in four rooms and a hallway. We had some very abused carpets and he was able to get nearly everything out, including numerous stains that Sears carpet cleaners failed to remove. In fact, the two guys from Sears were quick to point out all the stains that would require additional money to remove. Zerorez simply got to work and removed the stains without trying to sell additional services. Very professional!
