Client Testimonials
My carpets have never been cleaner and service was outstanding! Everything went as scheduled and was extremely prompt.
I've had my carpet cleaned by another company and the answer was always...."that is as clean as we can get it," yet, Zerorez got it cleaner and it looks like new carpet.
I have never been this pleased with a carpet cleaning and was so excited, I invited neighbors in to take a look!
Awesome sales guy. Good results. No odor.
The Tech person Dustin is wonderful and because he is committed to doing a great job the pro0ducts that he uses works and we are happy with the results.
Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable technician. My carpets were extremely dirty with some challenging stains. I really appreciated the honesty from my technician about what to expect from the cleaning with respect to which stains would likely be removed and which stains would likely remain. Even though some stains could not be removed, the difference in the overall appearance of the carpet is amazing.
Technicians are professional, efficient, and knowledgable. Gerrett, Ryan, & Bill were extremely polite, thorough, and personable and their expertise is obvious by great job they did on my system. They were careful not to mar any of the newly painted surfaces and wore shoe covers when walking on the carpet recently cleaned by Zerorez--not all other providers do the same.
No chemicals. Friendly technicians.
It was fast and didn't take long to dry. I love the way the house smelled afterwards.
It's quiet, efficient and better for home environment
The pet odor treatment was fabulous. I asked my friends if my apartment smelled like dogs and they said no. They didn't even know dogs lived here. Yes!!!!!
Very polite technicians. I appreciate the call 30 minutes ahead of arrival.
Very professional, friendly tech. Was done very quickly.
Everything was first class. Dustin did a great job. We're very happy.
Your ads are true, everything that is cleaned by Zerorez is clean and stays clean longer.
The guys are soooooo friendly, polite, professional and hard working! They do a great job and I have had some challenging stains, like strawberry Fanta soda! I can't imagine using anyone else!
good price and service to coordinate everything
Billy, my "personal" Zerorez technician, was absolutely great!! He answered all of my questions, put me at ease and clearly explained the process. I've used countless other carpet cleaning companies, but Zerorez is the ONLY one I've ever seen that cleans each and every area of the carpet 4 times!!! My 17 year old daughter likes to sit on the floor of her room while using her cosmetics, and Billy removed every single stain from her floor. Very well done indeed.
Attentive office response and follow up. Personable and professional serviceman.
Technician was very friendly and professional. The product did not seem to leave a residue on my carpet, which made it feel much cleaner that when I have previously had my carpets professionally cleaned.
