The Zerorez method for cleaning carpets is the best I've ever used in my 46 years of housekeeping! 16yr+ old carpet looks like new. A few spots showed up 3 weeks later, but they returned for a redo. The spots are GONE! As for service, the Tech Aaron and Rich at the office were wonderful to work with.... Never guessed the carpets would look so good, with so little disruption of our routine. The tech was about 30 min early for the appointment window.....AWESOME !! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and did a very good job. I would have preferred he not empty the dirty water from his van onto my driveway, but overall, great job.

Everything the tech was awesome and the carpet looks new. I love the drying time too. Usually it takes about 24hrs to dry and I have had in the past it take so long to dry that you get a mold smell and have to have cleaned again. Service was excellent. The crew that came to the house was very professional and worked in a timely manner. The cleaning system was great. My carpets look new again! Especially loved that I could walk on them immediately after the cleaning was done and did not have to worry about any harmful ingredients affecting my dog.

We will use your service again. And, we have used numerous services over the years and have not been pleased with any of them. Carpets really get cleaned and dry fast than other companies/methods

Customer Service, products that do what they claim & reasonable prices are what I like best. I've never had a bad experience and have used them many times not only for carpet cleaning but duct work and carpet stretching and repair. In all cases, I've never had a bad experience.
