The communication between Zerorez and myself was outstanding, I never felt as if I were just another number. The technician arrived exactly when he said he would, and was neatly dressed in the company uniform, and performed the job with a minimum of muss and fuss. The results well exceeded my expectations.

The cleaning crew was very professional and genuinely nice. The process was quick and easy, and my carpets look terrific, my house smells clean, and my kids even said the carpets feel softer. I love the fact that the carpet is sanitized so if my kids are camped out on the carpet playing or watching TV it is clean!
