Your products are topnotch and your service people are always knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. My only complaint is that you can't seem to understand that there are two separate households at 3335 Spindletop Drive, Kennesaw. Your recent water remediation customer is First name removed, not Deeann. This home belongs to me, First name removed, and I live in the basement level apartment. My son and his wife, Deeann (who also uses your company for carpet cleaning, live on the first and second floor. We have separate telephone numbers: First name removed's number is Phone number removed; Deeann's number is Phone number removed. Could you please mark your records so that you keep your customers straight. You sent your follow-up for my recent water remediation service to Deeann at First name removed's email address (???) It the right way to clean your home and it make the look like new

Carpets and tile look like brand new! Eric was great, patient and knowledgable about what he was doing. We really liked him!

The person who came by our house was fabulous!!! Did a great job and was fast and on time.

Quality of work, and very professional and friendly technician!

Very clean and dry carpets when the technician finished.

The results were excellent, and better than I expected. I also appreciated that the dry times were less than other carpet cleaning methods. Jeremy was very knowledgable, good at understanding the products to use, pretreated the really bad areas and gave me options/suggestions on things we could do to protect our carpets going forward. I would definitely recommend Zerorez in the future.

Dave

Courteous servicemen. The products used are quick drying with little residue. The best carpet cleaning I have ever experienced.

Lived up to your product advertised promise. Service was good and tech was knowledgeable and helpful. Already recommended you to a friend.

We were skeptical about our pet stains coming out and the odor coming back out after the cleaning of our carpets, but I have say...they look great! Eric did a fantastic job, and what we really noticed about him was his sincere desire to please us! He used the pet treatment, which is not cheap....but it worked beautifully! Thank you so much....now we don't have to replace our carpet.

I appreciated the on time arrival and the courteousness of the rep.

It was simple to arrange, simple to have done, and it got my carpets clean. Can't ask for anything else.
Also, on a side note, the guy who did our house was a really nice person, and did a great job.

I am very satisfied with the quality, price, and customer service that I receive from Zerorez. This is our second time using your services and we will do it again.

By the way, the service technician Eric does an excellent job. Thank you.
