The cleaning was very thorough and the carpet looks terrific. After having the carpet cleaned by other companies there was no noticeable difference. Matthew gave extra effort to two stains on the carpet.

The stain in my carpet was really deep and Zerorez has lifted the stain. I thought I would have to get new carpet but Zerorez has removed the stain saving me the expense of replacement. Your service man was very friendly and helpful.

How clean the carpet gets and the dry time is fast.

I liked the "window" of time I had to be available. 4-7 rather than something like 7-7. Much more reasonable to ask me to be waiting at home.

In the past 6months i have had 2 carpet cleaners come and clean my carpets and it was clean at first and couple weeks later it was worse than befor. This time i decided to use Zerorex and could not believe the difference. I was especially impressed by the professions that came over. this guys were the most amazing guys ever. They took thier time to clean and did a great job. I already invited 2 friends over that i recomended to use zerorex to clean their carpets. They even refused to take tips even though i persuaded them since i was extra-ordinarilly pleased with their job, they told me it was companies policy. You guys are really the best. keep it up

I was amazed at how well the carpet cleaning worked! My carpet was disgusting. I thought that there was no way anything could be done. I had tried many times to clean it on my own with a Bissel machine and only removed the "easy" stains. When the Zerorez treatment was complete all the horrible stains that had been there for years were gone! No kidding! This treatment really works.
