Zerorez was able to schedule a very fast pick up. The guys were very professional and informative about how to clean my rug. My rug came back smelling like new which was a tough feat with my stinky dog. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

The empowered water vs. chemicals is what I like the most. Secondly, the process physically removes the dirt and grime - not just rub it around on a pad. The customer service was outstanding - worked with me to get a great appointment time. The technician, Dustin, was on time, was very nice, very professional and very thorough.

Kyle was fantastic. He worked on getting my sofa and chairs clean for well over an hour and they look great, and the carpet looks great too. Kyle was professional, friendly and truly worked extremely hard to get everything as clean as possible. I could not be happier.
