We went from thiinking we would have to replace the carpets to having them look like we did replace them as a result fo your cleaning.

I thought the customer service was great. My carpets look so much better and I even sent a big area rug off to get cleaned as well. The technician showed me how dirty it was underneath despite multiple steam cleanings of my own. Many of the stains in my carpet were from soap residue and were lifted out easily.

THE PRODUCTS USED WAS OF GREAT QUALITY, BECAUSE OF THE TWO VERY NOTICEABLE STAINS THEY WERE REMOVED AS IF THEY WERE NEVER THERE. you are detailed on everything...Lee Hamilton your representative arrived on time as scheduled and went straight to work...he finished up in a timely fashion and took us through the house to make sure we were pleased...answered all of our questions even before we had a chance to ask...that is true service...he is a fine young man, so courteous and polite, and an asset to your company...the carpet was fairly damp and dryed in no time at all...his cleaning job was precise...he also cleaned the tile in my bathroom...my house is 34 years old and We feel like we have a new tiled floor and carpet...my hat is off to all of you at this company...
