Daniel cleaned my carpets and he was great. He also arrived early and was very fast! He reviewed my order when he arrived and explained about the pet stain costs. Luckily I didn't need it because Zerorex worked so well! I was amazed at how clean they came out. Now I don't have to buy new caret! Daniel is a great representative of your company. He is very personable and knowledgeable.

The same gentlemen who cleaned my house also cleaned my mom's house the same day. Her bedroom carpet was heavily soiled and they spend a lot of extra time working on the badly soiled areas and it was really amazing they came as clean as they did! I was very pleased with the outcome.
Both men who came to work on the carpets were very curteous and very likeable. One was training the other. The guy who was doing the training (I think his name was Bo, was very knowledgeable and very thorough). They also made some good suggestions about some of my stain areas.

Anthony was very friendly, let me know what he was going to do, as well. He was able to remove a NAIL POLISH stain that had been in our carpet for a few years. I thought the carpet would be stained forever in that area, but was so surprised that he was able to remove it. Thanks so much. We will definitely be using your services in the future. The gentlemen who cleaned our carpets did an excellent job. They were very professional and friendly. This was a rental property that we were trying to get turned around for our new tenants. The previous tenants got the carpets "professionally" cleaned by one of your competitors just 2 days prior and they did a terrible job. I will only use Zerorez moving forward. The tech called before arriving, he was very professional. My carpets looked amazing. I had a spot on an area rug that showed up after drying and they came back and took care of that immediately. I am very satisfied and will always recommend.

My carpets are not clean. The young man that came to the house was very nice and very fast. But the reason I had someone come into the house to clean my carpets was to get them clean. It's just my husband and I ane we keep a clean house - there were some spots on the three carpets that needed to be clean but those spots are still there. I will not use you again no will I recommend you to anyone. Now I have to hire someone else to clean my carpets.
