The empowered water vs. chemicals is what I like the most. Secondly, the process physically removes the dirt and grime - not just rub it around on a pad. The customer service was outstanding - worked with me to get a great appointment time. The technician, Dustin, was on time, was very nice, very professional and very thorough.

Kyle was fantastic. He worked on getting my sofa and chairs clean for well over an hour and they look great, and the carpet looks great too. Kyle was professional, friendly and truly worked extremely hard to get everything as clean as possible. I could not be happier.

Richard was eager to please and upgraded my pckg. by offering discounts. Unlike first tech I had months before, he was willing to move a few pieces of furniture to access areas he wanted to treat, and with a smile, even though he wasn't asked to do so. He was there to please. When you give your techs flexibility and the ability to make decisions on the spot you give the impression that they are principal's in the company.

Environmentally friendly products that obviously work very well, and comprehensive walk-through before & after with our tech who explained things well and answered my questions honestly. We were worried about several areas where my 75-lb golden retriever comes and goes with muddy feet on the carpet. But they came right out with diligent treatment by Kyle! What was really a treat was the job he did on my kitchen tile floor. It has a really rough surface that catches and traps dirt until I have to scrub every inch by hand. One treatment (and a re-seal...thanks, Kyle!) left it looking brand new. Wish I'd splurged and done the bathroom floors, too. Our 15-year-old house feels brand new now. Would definitely recommend.

First of all, I was confused about the above. I am very likely to recommend Zerorez.
I like that there is no residue on the carpet and that they don't get sopping wet. Our tech was great. Moss was very careful and eager to please us. We would ask for him again if that is possible. I made a comment on your Facebook and I said that my carpets look bright and new again. I said that the only problem is that now I have to polish all my furniture to make it look as good as the carpets.
