I like that no chemicals are used in the cleaning process which leaves no residue. I've used several other services, including rented machines to clean my carpets but I can feel and see the difference in my carpets now that Zerorez has cleaned them. The service technician (Kelsey) was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. Also, he set my expectation as to what results I would get - i.e. I had a couple of spots that NOTHING could get up and I appreciate the fact that he told me this up front. There were no hidden fees - the price I was quoted is what I paid. Additionally, it took less than an hour to get 3 rooms and a hallway cleaned. I like that...fast and efficient service! Zerorez, you guys ROCK!!! I have already recommended you to others and will continue to use you for my carpet cleaning needs.

Your process doesn't leave residue, it really cleaned my carpets well, and though I never met in person the technician who performed the service he was professional, very pleasant to deal with on the phone and he inspired confidence in me that he knew what he was doing. He also clearly explained where he saw potential issues with stains on the carpet beforehand and called me afterwards to update me about how those stains cleaned up.

Your price is reasonable, your service excellent, and I don't see myself using anyone else to clean my carpets from this point on. Thank you!

The guy was out there in the time frame he was supposed to be. The staff is friendly everytime I have called and were able to answer all of the questions that I had. Also, when I did not get someone one time I called and was waiting on hold and just decided to call back later, I actually received a call back within 15 minutes asking if there was anything they could do for me.

We were in general pretty happy with the service. We had earlier tried other carpet cleaning services. You were by far the best. However, some areas of the carpet, we feel needed a little extra attention. While I may partially agree with the explanation given by your person, I would still like him try once more when I call him again to take care of the rest of our house. The areas I am talking are the walk in closet (so called high traffic area by your person) and some areas of the bathroom in particular the edges which appear black even after cleaning. Still the job done was excellent.
