Environmentally friendly and non toxic. I got your info from your vans which are very educational. Don'tknow why anyone would use anyone else. Our guy, Barry, was so conscientious that I could relax and know that he would tend to everything. One idea is to tell the homeowner it's going to be very noisy for a while. I went a little crazy with all that noise but I knew it was necessary.

First of all, Matt Craft showed up on time. He called about 15 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. After showing him the rooms, he set up and did his job immediately. I was impressed with the result and with his demeanor. I was a manager for a number of years. I could tell he enjoyed his job and company. You have a very good employee.

I did have a question about the billing. I called to inquire and Rich took care of my questions about a certain charge. After these two experiences, I will definitely recommend and use you again. Thank you for everything. Dennis
