Tim, your service technican, did a fantatic job. He was very courteous and professional. My carpet looks great (and is 12 years old!). The high traffic areas look great and he was able to remove a couple of pet stains.

The Zerorez representatives were very professional, friendly and on time. They explained the carpet cleaning process to me and finished the job within the timeframe they indicated. I also asked for additional information on having my stone countertops cleaned and the guys were able to give me a quote right away and even go ahead and do the work that day! It was a great experience and I will use Zerorez again.

Ryan was very thorough and did a great job. He inspected the job first. Gave a price and set expectations with regard to a couple of stains. He had me inspect his work at several points during the job. I will ask for him again next time we have you guys back.
My carpets are much cleaner than with any other company that I have used. I am a clean freak when it comes to my carpet and I have used a lot of different resources on my way to finding you. Also, most importantly, my dogs are not allergic to your products. I spent nearly $3,000 dollars at a veterinary dermatologist on one dog that lost all of her hair and had hot spots all over her. I did solve her allergy problem. I gave her away for her own good even though it broke my heart. Now I know it was the stain repellent other companies were using on my carpet that caused her problem. I have a new dog that had developed the same problem. Since Zerorez removed all of the chemicals in my carpets, the new dog has not had any hair fall out or itching. He is no longer on medication and the problem seems to be completely resolved.
