Environmentally friendly products that obviously work very well, and comprehensive walk-through before & after with our tech who explained things well and answered my questions honestly. We were worried about several areas where my 75-lb golden retriever comes and goes with muddy feet on the carpet. But they came right out with diligent treatment by Kyle! What was really a treat was the job he did on my kitchen tile floor. It has a really rough surface that catches and traps dirt until I have to scrub every inch by hand. One treatment (and a re-seal...thanks, Kyle!) left it looking brand new. Wish I'd splurged and done the bathroom floors, too. Our 15-year-old house feels brand new now. Would definitely recommend.
