I do not know why your product works like it does, but it took away stains in my carpet that have been there because other carpet services could not get them out. But, I do want to comment on the one factor that made a huge difference from the moment I opened the door to the technician.....Bobby was fantastic! He made great thoughtful suggestions and did an awesome job!!!!

The van was marked clearly as a Zerorez vehicle. The website was very good to see. The technician was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. No chemical smell but the carpet was obviously clean. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

I am very pleased with the work. I had gathered estimates for new carpet. After a friend recommended Zerorez, I decided to have them cleaned to see if I could extend the carpet life. I have pets and the carpets were stained. I am amazed at the result. The technicians were able to remove the majority of the stains. I also had them clean my ceramic tile in my master bathroom. The results were also great. I was pleased with the scheduling and followup as well. It was a little expensive compared to advertised specials. Of course, I have hired those other companies and the end result was not the same. I will be sticking with Zerorez from now on.

The Zerorez employee was extremely polite and took the time to explain everything he was doing and then showed us the results afterward. He walked us through the house to be sure he had covered everything and we've gotten a lot of compliments on our carpet since then!

non-toxic, no residue

Well this is Deacon First name removed,had Erik to come out n give me a quote for the Church,showed him areas to be looked at,left him to measure up areas ,he was prompt in doing so.Received quote in an e-mail the next day.
cause its a Church several quotes are needed b-4 settling on one. I must say Zerorez did give best quote of the day though.If Church does choose Zerorez looking forward to see the work done and to see Technican drink cleanig water as they advertise.

This is our second time using Zerorz. The products are safe and this is especially important to me as having had cancer in the past. Our tech Howard arrived as scheduled, was pleasant & courteous, did a thorough cleaning and had suggestions for future visits regarding some area rugs. The carpets appear very fresh and my husband and I both keep commenting how much brighter they look. We highly recommend them!
