I had a bad stain on my carpet, and your guy got it out right before our daughter's wedding. He was the best, and very courteous and helpful. Your product has no build-up and I love it. I will use you again for sure. I love that it contains no chemicals, which I am very sensitive to, and is completely green. I have been searching for that. Thank you!!!

top notch job. carpets very clean. service tech was very prompt, thorough and professional. appointment process was esy and very well handled with great contact to remind me of service and then follow through with showing up on time. this was my third zero rez cleaning and i would never call anyone else to clean my carpets.

the pet treatment is a bit pricey, but it also did a great job at removing LOTS of staining on my carpets.

The service was amazing! The results were fabulous! The tech, Austin, was very helpful and full of knowledge about Zerorez. We loved him and hope to have him back.

I did not like my experience when first contacting your company. I did not at all enjoy the interaction or the way my call was handled. It was only when the actual person arrived at my home did i enjoy the experience. But i almost didn't stay on hold to get that appointment. So what i enjoyed about your product and service was the actual application of the product and the professionalism of MARK who did an outstanding job. But getting Mark to come to my house was very unpleasant. You have Lot's of work to do with the folks who answer your phones and take the requests for service. They are your first line of interaction with your customers. They did not make a very good impression.

I have used other companies who after a few days the stains come back. It has only been 2 days since my carpets were cleaned but look forward to having clean carpets for many weeks or months. The technician was here on time and was very knowledgeable.

My technician, Jeffery, was very proficient. Not only was he proficient, but he was cordial and personable. He went above and beyond to ensure that my carpet was immaculate.
