I am very satisfied with my Zerorez experience. The technician was polite and professional, and the cleaning didn't take nearly as long as I expected. My carpet looked like new after he was finished, and I was glad to have several stains removed. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

The entire process was professional and seamless. From scheduling an appointment online, to the scheduling phone call, to the alert call 30 minutes prior, everyone was pleasant and responsive. The technician, James, talked us through everything before he got started, and got everything done in a reasonable amount of time. The carpets looked great and stayed soft. All of the spots that we were concerned about came out with no evidence that they were ever there.

I have been in my condo for over 14 years and after having Zerorez clean my carpet, it looks just as good as when i first moved in.

The carpet which is 20 years old but good quality, looks great now,very bright and the stains are gone. It's definitely the best it's ever looked when we've had it cleaned. We were thinking we would replace it and now that it looks so good, we will put that off and just have it cleaned again in about a year by Zerorez.
