Zerorez did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet. The 2 guys that cleaned my carpet were very nice and polite. They did their best to give me the best deal for what my needs. My carpet definatly had pet oder that I could not completely get rid of myself and I have used other carpet cleaning services that did not get the order out. It felt nice to have my most critical friend come over and say that my house smelled soooo good. I will definatly use Zerorez for all of my carpet cleaning needs.

The products that were used did very well on the carpet. There were some heavy traffic stains that required a little extra elbow grease, but the technician with his professionalism handled it successfully.
