Technicians are always friendly, polite, knowledgeable, quick and efficient, and they are careful to not damage furniture and household items. Zero Rez is the only carpet cleaner we use now, having tried several in the past. Zero Rez provides the quality service for the buck. No smell, quick dry, feels clean, no stains - my 15 year old carpet looks new after Zero Rez. And, stains don't return as with other cleaners. I highly recommend!
