He spent extra time ensuring that the allergens were completely removed from the carpet. Even a day later when most odors would have returned, my house smells fresh, which means I can breath the air again and my eyes to longer start to water after being in the house for 10 minutes. He made my house livable. I could not have asked for a better person or company to do the job.
