I was soo shocked as to how the technician was dressed. His appearance was impeccable. He smiled the entire time he was working. I could tell he more than enjoyed the work he was performing. My carpet was beyond soiled. They look brand new. I'm still looking down at my steps in disbelief!!!!

The Zerorez cleaning process is quickly and effectively applied, and the drying time is, relative to other carpet cleaning processes, short.
Zerorez has always showed up during the elotted time they promised. They are always professional and nice. The thing I like most about Zerorez is that they don't use any chemicals. I have a 2 year old, and dog and a cat and they are all safe to be in the house during and after the carpets are cleaned.
Courteous employees from the booking process all the way to completion of services. Our Technician arrived in a timely manner, was kind and courteous and did a magnificent job. The method of cleaning works great and it leaves a clean fresh smell, not one that's overly perfumed or masking. We will definitely use Zerorez again. Ed & Becky Last name removed
The cleaning performed was fine. Workers were unable to get all stains out, but they got out one coffee stain that was fairly dark and the carpet looks much better than it did. I am overall pleased. Better pricing for carpet cleaning would be the main area to improve.
