I was amazed at how well the carpets came out! Wow! I've used other services before but none came out as well. The pet stains (and the smells) gone! The two rugs -- while not cheap to clean -- are like new and smell great too. Really impressed. The tech was awesome and he worked hard, took his time, got them clean because he didn't hurry, like the others. I will never use any other service; Zerorez forever!

They did kill my zoysia grass next to where the truck was parked and burned it with hose across 25 more feet across the left hand side of my walk way which I am not happy about.
