The experience was professional and the tech walked me through what he was there to do, and what I should expect once he was complete. He cleaned one room and then called me in to review his work, to ensure he met my expectations.

The care he took to ensure my walls were not damaged as he moved around my house with the hose. I was impressed with the lack of water remaining on my carpet and how clean they appeared.

Cory was on time and was friendly, personable and considerate. He made solid recommendations and offered advice to help keep our carpets looking good with 2 kids and 2 dogs running around. He worked quickly and had the carpets looking brand new in no time! I was afraid the carpet was destroyed by my dogs and would never come clean...but they did. I'm also very sensitive to smells and chemicals but there were no terrible smells and it actually left a fresh light citrus scent behind. He was nice to my kids too, making us feel at ease with him in our home. We'll be calling Zerorez the next time we need the carpets cleaned and will definitely be requesting they send Cory back!
