I was very impressed with Eric, the technician who cleaned my carpet. He took the time to explain the Zerorez method and, after evaluating my carpet, shared his honest thoughts regarding my expectations. The results were great. Eric worked quickly, suggested a protectant for a "high traffic" area and explained what could be done regarding the cleaning of an area rug.

Very clean carpet using all natural stuff

There were a couple of old spots on my carpet that I did not expect to go away, but they are gone! Thank you ZEROREZ!

The process was quick and our carpets look like new. We didn't even have to keep off of it while it dried, so it wasn't inconvenient at all.

After 17 years of wear on our berber carpet, I was dubious that traffic area dirt could be
removed. We had our carpets cleaned only once, after nine years of use, and an orange
residue remained on the stairs for months. Zerorez was able to remove the dirt from our
stairs and high traffic area and the carpet looks wonderful - still not ready to replace it! And thanks, Eric, for answering all my questions, doing such a professional job and
