The guys were so kind and professional they moved my furniture out of the way rolled up the rugs and moved the furniture back. When they brought the rugs back they were nicely wrapped. They put down the carpet mats and the rugs and they look great thank you.

Zerorez is awesome!! I'd been hearing their ads on WSB radio for years and finally hired them. They cleaned three bedrooms and a hallway. There were many stains and ground in dirt on the carpets and they got all of the stains and dirt out. The carpets look amazing. The booking process online was easy and the tech who came to my house was very professional and personable. I highly recommend them.

The customer service shown by the technicians was great!! They addressed any questions I had and took care of any cleaning issues.

Zerorez exceeded expectations. I sent 3 rugs that had been used and abused by teenage boys and elderlly dogs. At one point I thought the rugs were headed for the dumpster. The rugs were returned looking like new! ALL stains were removed and not a speck of odor. It was like magic. If you compare pricing, Zerorez is not the cheapest however I think they do the best job by far. The pick up and delivery service is fantastic. Thanks Zerorez. We will be back!

The technicians were so respectful of our space and situation. we had just had a baby and they worked hard to not be in our way too long.
