The people arrived, were very polite, introduced themselves, which is very important when you are letting people into your home. Daniel talks me through the process. He showed me photos of what they had found and recommended the best options. Whilst it was more than I was expecting I think that their solutions were the necessary ones. I would recommend them as they were easy to deal with.

Also after this I had an assessor from their company arrive to give me an estimate on refinishing my hardwood floors and cleaning my grout. Again, Tim was very personable and explained everything. I would recommend this company.
That said, not everybody's experience is the same, but mine was good.

The servicemen that picked up and delivered my rugs were very professional. Gave me helpful hints on how to take care of the rugs. Answered my questions in a detailed and informative manner. They were on time and called before they arrived. They also made sure they didn't mark up my hardwood floors, as they were protective booties. Had problems with the rug manager Richard but my concerns were promptly addressed by other staff members

Technicians very professional, knowledgeable & have educated me in areas that I was clueless about. I love the cleaning method which involves using a high powered hot water solution that leaves no residue behind!

My carpets are clean without chemicals.
