Randy and Larry came to my house to service the ducts. You have two great employees who are a real asset to your company. They were very polite, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. The first thing they did was explain everything they would be doing and worked hard to complete the task at hand. Randy ran into a problem with water in the furnace. This was in a crawl space. He came to me explaining the problem with pictures and on a level I could understand. This helped me to be able to call the Heating and Air Contractor and explain to him and get it resolved. Because of him I was able to prevent a much larger problem. Larry changedl out a hose to dryer that was too long for the space making it more efficient. These two employees went above and beyond in my opinion giving me a great first experience with Zerorez. I would highly recommend Zerorez and feel confident you will not be disappointed. They have set the standard high.
