I contracted with Zerorez to clean the carpets in a home I was vacating, and to clean two large Durrie rugs. The carpets looked great, and the rugs were clean for the first time in years. I had given up on finding someone who could bring them back to life.

I was very pleased by this company's work. I heard they were very good for cleaning air ducts/vents for individuals with allergies. The company had been recommended to me from my realtor which he has allergies. I am an asthmatic patient and was very concerned about moving in a house where the previous owner had a dog and cat. They took pictures of were they were going to be doing the work and showed to me before they started the work, and explained the process. This made me feel they were confident in their work.

They were very careful when working not to bang up the walls, neat and etc. Very professional! I also had the dryer vent cleaned the same day.

The 3 gentleman that did my work were very knowledgeable in answering my questions. I have not used them for carpet cleaning but would use them again for duct/vent cleaning.

I felt that my carpets looked and felt clean. The floor didn't feel over saturated with water. The floor was dry in a few hours and there was a nice clean smell in the house.
