The Zerorez team did a great job cleaning my air ducts. They were honest, professional, and courteous. I liked that they showed me "before" and "after" pictures. I liked that they did not try to pressure me into buying any unnecessary products or services. I also liked that they were able to come and clean my ducts within 2 days of my phone call. Overall I am very impressed.

The morning after the work was done I went into the bedroom where the sleep-sofa was.
As soon as I entered the room I could smell the Old house order.
I was sick, but did not have time to contact you, as we had 7 family members arriving soon from FL.
The day before they got here, I went in to put bed clothes on the hide-a-bed and was surprised, I did not smell the old house order. I was very happy.
As for the two chairs, the night of the dinner & several days later, I sat in each chair. When I begin to rock, I smelled the old house order. I don't know what to do about this, because the rep showed us the amount of dirt and grim that came out of the chairs. That was very interesting. I am glad he did that. Thank you for your service.

The service was quick and easy to schedule, the technicians were very efficient and courteous, and showed up well within the time frame. The area rug I had picked up to be cleaned came back cleaner than when it had been done by the dry cleaning process and it didn't have a chemical oder.
