The men that came to my home were very thorough and took time to answer all my questions. They came to clean the air ducts & found mold in my a/c unit. They made sure to show me exactly where it was & did their best to calm my fears & answer any questions I had. They did a great job!

Zerorez arrives in a timely fashion and if there are going to be extenuating circumstances which might result in an adjusted estimate , your customers are notified in advance . Very pleased and plan on using Zerorez again in the future .

The service was amazing! They got there right when they said they would, within the allotted timeframe. The gentleman was professional and service was prompt. The whole process took about 40 minutes. My carpet looks and smells great after the cleaning. I would use them anytime!

I wasn't told about the extra charges for what I thought was included when I called such as the scotch guard or pet stains or that some stains couldn't be removed. That stains from pets could leave a unpleasant smell since the water is heated up that's why the extra pet stain thing was extra but the websites doesn't mention it. Below is what is listed

It was just a make a schedule for 3 room special that's it. Also I was told that it was 256 bucks to clean a 6x9 carpet (might as well buy a new one) also my appointment was from 3 to 8 I got a call if the guy could come at 2 so I said yes but it kind of ruined my day since I had to stop what I was doing and head home.

Carpet is clean and the guy was nice that's all I can say.

After installing high end carpeting, my pets soiled not just one room, but three. I tried to read everything I could in order to clean the stain myself, but in the end I called a carpet cleaning company. I decided to try Zerorez. I've worked with all the top carpet cleaners, but I was never satisfied with the results.
I requested and was pleased that they sent me a senior technician. He knew exactly how to remove the stains from the carpet as well as the pad. Neutralizing the stain and removing the odor was primary to his strategy. Fortunately for us, our investment was saved.
