For the most part, I am satisfied with the results of the cleaning service I received. The only thing that keeps me from being completely satisfied , is the fact that spots do not get completely removed with the empowered water alone. I thought that all spots were gone until I took a closer look as I vacuumed the carpet the next day and I had to clean some of them myself .

The guys that came to my home to clean our air ducts were awesome. They were extremely professional and answered all my questions. I couldn’t believe the before and after pictures he took. I was having a slight mold problem and they install a whole house air purifier to kill any mold and prevent any in the future. I highly recommend this company!

Steve was on time (actually early), very personable and professional, and did the job quickly. He was exceptionally careful to protect our floors, cabinets, and furniture. The carpets are the cleanest that they've been likely since they were new. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Steve!
