The technicians were professional and very courteous. They explained everything to me and showed the pictures before and after. I was very pleased with the phone contacts that I had also. I have high hopes that the duct cleaning will make my house easier to keep from being so dusty.

Great work done by the ZeroRez person.

TI was able to make an appointment quickly. The technicians arrived on time, calling 15 minutes before arrival. They were professional, and paid attention to every detail of their work. My 13 year old carpet still looks great with regular cleaning from ZeroRez! I highly recommend them!

Professional service provided by technician Myles Cummings topped the Zerorez quality service experience. Mr. Cummings identified key steps within the cleaning process and ensured that I had a thorough understanding and was interested about my concerns. From spot treatment of heavily traveled areas to use of required equipment, wall guards and shoe covers. Mr. Myles explained drying times and ways to quicken the process with increased air circulation from ceiling fans. Mr. Myles pointed out the advantage of considering duct cleaning for better home air quality and eliminating the dark area at the edge of our carpets.

I've seen and heard the commercials but generally looked for a lower price. Now, I know it was worth it to to go for quality clean. I'm letting family and friends know about my experience.

Thanks Zerorez and appreciate your choice of representative for your company in Mr. Myles Cummings.

Professional service, prompt arrival,reasonable cost

I paid a fair price for exceptional results. That's how I like to do business.
